Alternative destination

If the called employee does not respond to a Meet-Me call within a user-defined time, the call is forwarded to an alternative destination.

The called employee is notified of the call via SMS texting and/or e-mail.

If responding too late, the called employee will be notified that the call has been forwarded to an alternative destination and asked if they also want to be routed to this destination.
