Becoming a Reseller

JDM Software's PeterConnects products enjoy a good reputation. The quality of the resellers' services greatly influences the reputation of the products put on the market. Therefore it is of the utmost importance that resellers thoroughly prepare and conduct each installation. In addition, the reseller needs to provide good end user training and guidance during the implementation process.

Support by reseller
Once the products have been delivered, the customer still needs to be assured of good support. Here the reseller provides the point of contact and is responsible for 1st-line and 2nd-line user support. JDM delivers fully guaranteed products and provides resellers with good 3rd-line support. This relies, in part, on the use of the JDM Support website.

Companies interested in becoming a JDM reseller need to be aware of the importance of good commercial, functional and technical product knowledge. This knowledge has to be kept up-to-date.

The procedure
To achieve the reseller status for the products of JDM, the following steps have to be followed:

  • Signing a simple, mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement.
  • Exchanging primary information allowing the potential reseller to assess the products.
  • The potential reseller then provides JDM with information on their intended approach.
  • Both parties sign the Reseller Agreement.
  • Access to the JDM Support website is granted.
  • This makes available a large amount of additional information.
  • Determining contacts and/or points of contact for product management, sales, training and support.
  • Following a sales training at JDM Software (free of charge).
  • Following a technical training at JDM Software (to be paid).
  • The delivery of a test and demo system.
