Business emergency assistance

Tool for assistance in handling emergency calls. These may be 112 (or 911) calls or emergency calls that need to be handled internally. Quickly determine the user's location and follow up the emergency call.

Functionality:

• When an emergency call is made, the caller’s location is determined (using the IP address).
• The caller’s (direct-dial) number is replaced by the main number for the location in question (for fast communication with emergency assistance personnel).
• A text message (with sound signal) is immediately sent to the handset of the Attendant for that location.
• The call is transferred directly to the designated emergency assistance staff member on duty for the location in question (landline/mobile phone number).
• Alternative call forwarding numbers if no answer.
