Sending short text messages to employee IP phones
Sending short text messages to the IP phones of employees, even when the destination phone is busy.
It is also possible to insert a predefined text in the message for the IP phone (e.g. including the name and number of the caller currently connected with the Attendant).

Messages are delivered with a sound signal, and optionally with a confirmation request, for fast communication with the busy employee.
