What do I need to have in place?

All you need a Cisco Webex Teams account – plus your organization must be enabled for Webex Calling via the Cisco Cloud Phone System (PBX). Also, to use Receptionist your account needs a Cisco Webex Calling Enterprise License.
When you log in for the first time, you must give permission for Receptionist to use your account. You’ll need to authorize full access to your Webex Teams Account, decryption and encryption, and access to your Webex Calling resources.
Do I need to install any software?
No. You don’t need to install any software on your computer. Receptionist for Webex Calling is a web-based application that you can use via any browser.
