London, 5th February 2019 – More than a fifth (21%) of customer contact employees say that their organisation currently uses WhatsApp when contacting customers today. That’s according to a recent poll across four major European countries (UK, France, Germany and the Netherlands). In the first quarter of 2019, we will launch a new product; the new PeterConnects Receptionist for Broadsoft. This Attendant is a powerful solution for managing and processing multiple incoming phone calls. As a Software-as-a-Service application, the PeterConnects Receptionist will be operated via the web browser. This will improve processes such as answering and forwarding incoming calls in ease, speed and efficiency.
We are in midst of developing the new PeterConnects Attendant X. This new version of the Attendant will be available both on-premises and in the Cloud, work on multiple devices, is location independent and offers a new user experience.
