London, 5th February 2019 – More than a fifth (21%) of customer contact employees say that their organisation currently uses WhatsApp when contacting customers today. That’s according to a recent poll across four major European countries (UK, France, Germany and the Netherlands). The survey was carried out for the Customer Contact Radar report, commissioned by PeterConnects, a provider of communication software solutions for Cisco and Microsoft, and conducted by Survey Sampling International.
At the end of last year we launched a questionnaire among our sales partners. Its questions gave our partners the ability to offer their opinions on our product, and the technical and sales-oriented support they receive from PeterConnects.
