PeterConnects introduces new product for BroadSoft: Receptionist

Maassluis, June 17, 2019 - Good news for Broadsoft users who want to handle their incoming calls quickly and professionally: PeterConnects Receptionist for the Broadsoft platform will be on sale in the Netherlands from June 17. 

PeterConnects applications for handling inbound telecommunications have been leading the field on the Cisco and Microsoft platforms for many years. Receptionist was developed specifically for the Broadsoft platform in collaboration with RoutIT and is the first PeterConnects application to be fully cloud-based.

The application is available in three versions:

  • PeterConnects Receptionist Essentials – basic reception for a small office environment
  • PeterConnects Receptionist Advanced – standard call management for small/medium sized companies
  • PeterConnects Receptionist Premium – call management for any environment with large numbers of users

PeterConnects Receptionist is a software-as-a-service application. Users can easily take and handle phone calls through the innovative, user-friendly interface that is operated in the web browser. 

The interface provides access to unique PeterConnects features, such as keyboard support, drag-and-drop and useful widgets. PeterConnects Receptionist for Broadsoft is part of the new generation of PeterConnects products, with a software architecture based on Kubernetes technology.

PeterConnects Receptionist for Broadsoft will be for sale in the Netherlands on June 17 via RoutIT partners and KPN. The rollout via Broadsoft Service Providers in other countries will follow soon.
