Our products

All PeterConnects products are designed to work on Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Webex Calling, BroadWorks, and BroadCloud.

The PeterConnects product family consists of PeterConnects Attendant, Receptionist, ServiceDesk, ManagerAssistant, OmniDirectory, and ContextManager.

Development Methodology

The PeterConnects development team uses an “Agile” software development methodology called Scrum. Scrum, which is well acknowledged in the modern development world, allows us to focus on delivering customer value with high predictability and quality.

Product development is organised in 3-week sprints; with a fixed set of development tasks and clear goals. Throughout each sprint, we evaluate our quality and performance and continuously optimize our development output.

Support

PeterConnects offers first and second level support via its Partners. In order to facilitate quality service, all Partners complete technical training before joining the PeterConnects family.
